Why should I join Wandsworth Conservatives?

Our members play a vital role in on to supporting the cause locally and are the foundation of our success in our parliamentary campaigns, but also in electing a strong Conservative council that delivers excellent services and exceptionally low council tax.

Joining Wandsworth Conservatives allows us to continue that work by ensuring we remain representative of our community. We run a full social calendar, with regular drinks and dinners with interesting speakers like Boris Johnson and Lord Coe, as well as leading political journalists like Isabel Hardman and James Forsyth of The Spectator.

Becoming a member does not require you to become a campaigner or donate money, but if you do decide to help deliver leaflets or canvass residents then there is usually a friendly drink afterwards to meet fellow campaigners!

We raise all the funds for our campaigning locally – we don't receive a penny from the central party – and our membership subcriptions are a vital part of this.

As a member you can vote on candidate selection at all levels of Government, and also enjoy the right to elect our Party Leader. In addition to the formal rights, you are able to influence policy through our local Conservative Policy Forum.

You can join online by completing the form below, or alternatively you can call the office on 020 8944 2905 and pay by debit/credit card.
