Have your say on the future of the disused Putney Hospital site.

Wandsworth Council is planning to build a new school on the disused Putney Hospital site. School places are much in demand locally and this opportunity offers us a chance to put this disused site back into public use and to meet the growing demand for local school places at the same time.

We want to know what you think of the proposed ‘Commondale Primary School’

If it was built, the school would be a 420-pupil, two-form entry primary school located on the disused Putney Hospital site. Having spoken to many local residents about this already, we know there are concerns about this. Many residents raised the issue of increased traffic. We spoke to Council Officers and they agreed to undertake a full traffic survey, which is now being conducted.

To make sure everyone has a chance to have their say we are conducting a local survey. This has been delivered to houses in the immediate area, if you haven't had one and would like to have your say, or you have and you would rather complete it online, you can do so by clicking here.

Our local MP, Justine Greening, and the three local councillors concerned will look at the outcome and share the results with you. If you wish to hear back please do supply an email address on the survey - we will not share your details with any other organisation and you can opt out of these at any time.

We want the Commondale School to be one we can all be proud of, so please let us know what you think.
