Balham has received nearly £1.5 million of investments from the Mayor's Outer London Fund after a successful application by Wandsworth Council. The project seeks to explore, enjoy and invest in Balham.

Hidden Homes to Take Over William Harvey Clinic
As part of the Council’s Hidden Homes initiative, work is now underway to convert a disused clinic on the Ashburton Estate in to five, 2 and 3 bed apartments. The clinic has been empty since NHS Wandsworth relocated the services to the Queen Mary Hospital last year.
